Individual Therapy
What is Individual Therapy?
Individual therapy offers a dedicated space for you to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship stress, grief, or feeling stuck, therapy provides support that is both grounded and tailored to your unique experience.
My approach to individual therapy is integrative and personalized. I draw from a range of evidence-based and body-centered modalities to meet you where you are and support meaningful, lasting change.
A Personalized, Integrative Approach
I am trained in Somatic Attachment Therapy and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), which allows us to work not only with your thoughts and emotions, but also with how your experiences are held in the body and nervous system.
In addition, I incorporate tools and techniques from Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT & TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT tapping).
This integrative approach allows us to build practical coping skills while also addressing deeper patterns, helping you move toward greater clarity, resilience, and self-trust.
Mind-Body Integration
As a trained yoga instructor (trained in Trauma Recovery Yoga), I bring a strong mind-body perspective into my work. When appropriate, sessions may include gentle somatic awareness, grounding exercises, breathwork, or mindfulness practices to support nervous system regulation and deepen your connection to yourself.
This work is always collaborative and paced in a way that feels safe and supportive for you.
