What is Individual Therapy?

Individual therapy offers a dedicated space for you to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship stress, grief, or feeling stuck, therapy provides support that is both grounded and tailored to your unique experience.

My approach to individual therapy is integrative and personalized. I draw from a range of evidence-based and body-centered modalities to meet you where you are and support meaningful, lasting change.

A Personalized, Integrative Approach

I believe healing happens within the context of safe, supportive relationships. My approach to therapy is deeply rooted in the therapeutic relationship itself, creating a collaborative space where we can explore your current struggles, as well as the deeper attachment patterns, relational experiences, and nervous system responses that shape how you move through the world.

My work is grounded in an attachment, helping clients understand how early relationships and life experiences influence present day emotions, relationships, and sense of self. I integrate body-centered interventions to gently address how trauma, stress, and overwhelm are held in the body, supporting greater nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, and reconnection with yourself.

Mind-Body Integration

As a trained yoga instructor (CYT-200 trained in Trauma Recovery Yoga), I bring a strong mind-body perspective into my work. When appropriate, sessions may include gentle somatic awareness, grounding exercises, breathwork, or mindfulness practices to support nervous system regulation and deepen your connection to yourself.

This work is always collaborative and paced in a way that feels safe and supportive for you.
